Direct<br \/>\nservice is permitted.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, the Secretary, Revenue Department is required to<br \/>\ndecide the matter within a period of six months from the date of said<br \/>\norder. However, till today, no decision is taken by the Secretary,<br \/>\nRevenue Department has filed this application for extension of time<br \/>\nfor three months for deciding the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nMs. Shachi Mathur learned AGP for the applicant and Mr. BT Rao<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTime<br \/>\nas prayed for is granted. The Secretary, Revenue Department is hereby<br \/>\ndirected to decide the matter within a period of three months from<br \/>\ntoday. It is clarified that no further time will be granted.
