JUSTICE PRITAM PAL\n\n\n                                *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>PRITAM PAL, J(ORAL):\n<\/p>\n<p>            The aforesaid four petitions filed by the petitioners under<\/p>\n<p>Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for seeking regular bail arise<\/p>\n<p>out of the one and the same F.I.R.No.90 dated 11.07.2007 under Sections<\/p>\n<p>302, 307, 382, 326, 325, 324, 323, 148, 149 I.P.C., and 25, 27, 29 of Arms<\/p>\n<p>Act, registered at Police Station Rajasansi (Amritsar), therefore, the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid petitions are being disposed of by this common order.<\/p>\n<p>            Admittedly, in this case all the assailants, who had caused<\/p>\n<p>injuries to the deceased, are in custody. It is also an admitted fact that none<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioners, in the aforesaid four petitions, had caused any injury to<\/p>\n<p>the deceased.     However, they are alleged to have caused injuries to the<\/p>\n<p>complainant and other injured witnesses and all those injuries attributed to<\/p>\n<p>them (petitioners) are simple in nature.     Petitioners Dilbagh Singh and<\/p>\n<p>Joginder Singh are in custody since 15.07.2007, petitioner Lakhwinder<\/p>\n<p>Singh is in custody since 10.08.2007 and petitioners Jaspal Singh and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Criminal Misc.No.M-3877 of 2009              -3-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ravinder Singh are in custody since 21.07.2007. In this case, only one<\/p>\n<p>prosecution witness has been examined so far.
