No.18119 of 2011\n                                 Rakesh Kumar Yadav\n                                           Versus\n                                   The State Of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   28.06.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                 as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor<\/p>\n<p>                 anything   has       been   recovered     from   his   conscious<\/p>\n<p>                 possession. It would appear from perusal of the impugned<\/p>\n<p>                 order that the stolen motorcycle has been recovered in<\/p>\n<p>                 abandoned condition and except the confessional statement<\/p>\n<p>                 as well as statement of one witness, namely, Santosh<\/p>\n<p>                 Kumar who has stated that he had seen the petitioner with<\/p>\n<p>                 one motorcycle, there is nothing against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                            Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar Yadav be released on<\/p>\n<p>                 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                 Motihari Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S.
