Assistant Director, Animal Husbandry,\n                 Small Cattle Development Project Semen Store\n                 Centre,            Hajipur,            District\n                 Vaishali........................Respondents\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   31.03.2011          Heard      learned       counsel          for     the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner as well as learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 fairly admits that the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>                 granted    A.C.P.       from     due       date,        vide<\/p>\n<p>                 Annexure-1.      However,       he        submits       that<\/p>\n<p>                 monetary   benefits      of    the    same       have    not<\/p>\n<p>                 been paid to the petitioner so far. He<\/p>\n<p>                 also   submits       that     some    T.A.       bill     of<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner      is     also    pending        with      the<\/p>\n<p>                 respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        This writ application was filed on<\/p>\n<p>                 05.01.2009      with    service      of     two     copies<\/p>\n<p>                 thereof    in    the    office       of    the    learned<\/p>\n<p>                 Advocate General. However, till today no<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     counter affidavit has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>              In      the           circumstances,               the        writ<\/p>\n<p>     application               is     disposed             of        with      a<\/p>\n<p>     direction        to       the    respondents               to    release<\/p>\n<p>     all      the        monetary              benefits              of     the<\/p>\n<p>     petitioner pursuant to grant of A.C.P. to<\/p>\n<p>     him, vide Annexure-1, if the said order<\/p>\n<p>     has   not        been           cancelled         or        recalled.<\/p>\n<p>     Respondents are also directed to examine<\/p>\n<p>     the   T.A.       Bill           of    the        petitioner             and<\/p>\n<p>     release       the         due    amount          to     him.         Final<\/p>\n<p>     orders in respect of                      the same shall be<\/p>\n<p>     passed      by        the        respondents                preferably<\/p>\n<p>     within    three            months         from        the       date     of<\/p>\n<p>     receipt\/production                   of    a     copy           of     this<\/p>\n<p>     order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                (J.
