Savitri Devi.\n                                            Versus\n                                   The State Of Bihar\n                               ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   24-10-2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It has been submitted on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners that on the date of occurrence itself the fard<\/p>\n<p>                 bayan of the injured, Mahendra Sharma, was recorded<\/p>\n<p>                 by the police in which he has not named these<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners and has confined the allegations against<\/p>\n<p>                 three others. It has further been submitted that in the<\/p>\n<p>                 FIR lodged by son of the deceased, Mahendra Sharma,<\/p>\n<p>                 besides the three persons named by the deceased, the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners have been named without any allegations.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering    the    aforesaid    facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail is<\/p>\n<p>                 allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Let the petitioners, namely, 1. Baidyanath<\/p>\n<p>                 Jha and 2.
