No. 4551 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>2   12-07-2011               This Application for leave to appeal is          filed by a<\/p>\n<p>                 licensee of the fair price shop of Ughra Mahapara Gram<\/p>\n<p>                 Panchayat. Feeling aggrieved by the direction issued by the<\/p>\n<p>                 learned single Judge to return the card holders to the respondent<\/p>\n<p>                 no.1, Meera Devi, a licensee of the fair price shop in the Ughra<\/p>\n<p>                 Gram Panchayat, the applicant has preferred the above Appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                        Learned advocate Mr. Uma Kant Shukla has appeared for<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">         Patna High Court LPA No.991 of 2011 (2) dt.12-07-2011<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                     the appellant. He has submitted that although the appellant was not<\/p>\n<p>                     a party in above C.W.J.C. No. 322 of 2008 on account of the<\/p>\n<p>                     impugned direction, out of total 1200 card holders the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                     will lose 840 card holders.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Leave is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Re. L. P. A No. 991 of 2011, I.A.
