JOSEPH, J.\n\n               ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                     W.P.(C) No. 8614 OF 2009 V\n               ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                Dated this the 25th day of March, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader. Though notice is served on the 5th respondent,<\/p>\n<p>there is no appearance for him.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.   Petitioner is an auction purchaser in a revenue sale.<\/p>\n<p>However, the sale has been set aside and against the same, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner filed Ext.P4 before the Land Revenue Commissioner<\/p>\n<p>accompanied by an application to condone the delay.<\/p>\n<p>       3.   Writ petition is disposed of as follows.<\/p>\n<p>       There will be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and take<\/p>\n<p>a decision on the application filed along with Ext.P4 for condonation of<\/p>\n<p>delay and if the delay is condoned, a decision will be taken on the<\/p>\n<p>application for stay which, the         learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits, will be filed within one week from today.                 A decision in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law shall be taken within a period of one month from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
