RAMKUMAR, J.\n                          .........................................\n                            B.A. NO. 7505 of 2009\n                          ..........................................\n                         Dated: 26th March, 2010\n\n                                        ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are accused Nos. 1 to 7 of Crime No. 914<\/p>\n<p>of 2009 of Konny Police Station, Pathanamthitta District                for<\/p>\n<p>offences punishable under Sections 143, 148, 149, 452, 427 and<\/p>\n<p>324 and 308 I.P.C. seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,               I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>7-4-2010 or 8-4-2010          for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material, if any.
