Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :13\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n             ------------------------------------\n                       W.P.(C) 36869 of 2007\n            -------------------------------------\n                     Dated: December 13, 2007\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Ext.P2 series are the applications made by the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>seeking revaluation of their answer papers in the B.Tech. Degree<\/p>\n<p>Examinations and what is now complained of is that there has not<\/p>\n<p>been any expeditious action from the part of the University for<\/p>\n<p>completing the revaluation.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   Taking into account the submission made by the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioners and also of the Standing Counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>University, I dispose of this writ petition directing that the<\/p>\n<p>respondent University shall expedite the revaluation applied for by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners and declare the results thereof, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within six weeks of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, provided the applications made by the petitioners are in<\/p>\n<p>order.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The petitioners will produce a copy of this judgment before<\/p>\n<p>the University for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court A.Anoop vs Registrar on 13 December, 2007 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM WP(C) No. 36869 of 2007(L) 1.
