No.12306 of 2011\n                                        RANJIT MAHTO\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       29.04.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                There is specific allegation against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     that he fired on the informant causing fire-arm injury.<\/p>\n<p>                                Although learned counsel for the petitioner tried<\/p>\n<p>                     to convince me that no case under section-307 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code is made out but I am not at all convinced with<\/p>\n<p>                     his submission.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Bachhwara P.S.
