The convict<br \/>\nwas on furlough leave from 16.03.2011 to 29.03.2011.  In the<br \/>\napplication, he has not set out any ground which has come into<br \/>\nexistence after he having surrendered back in jail on 29.03.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of that, no case is made out for grant of bail.
