Thakore for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\n\tis submitted that by an order dated 20.05.2009 the petitioner was<br \/>\n\tpromoted to the post of District Inspector, Land Record, Class II on<br \/>\n\tadhoc and temporary basis and subject to passing of CCC Computer<br \/>\n\tExamination as per Government Notification dated 24.12.2009.  When<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner was promoted, he had rendered about 23 years of<br \/>\n\tservice in the feeder cadre and had enough experience in the Land<br \/>\n\tRecord Department.  Before the name of the petitioner could be<br \/>\n\trecommended and final examination could be taken, the petitioner<br \/>\n\tretired on 20.02.2010. In the above circumstances, the orders dated<br \/>\n\t05.08.2011 and 15.09.2011 whereby the benefits of retirement have<br \/>\n\tbeen withheld by the respondent\/s is arbitrary.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\n\tview of the above, issue NOTICE returnable on 16th<br \/>\n\tNovember, 2011.
