Guupta, Advocate,<br \/>\n            for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 &amp; 5.\n<\/p>\n<p>            None for respondent No.3.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J (Oral).\n<\/p>\n<p>            On July 13, 2009, learned counsel for respondent<\/p>\n<p>Nos. 1, 2, 4 &amp; 5 had stated that except the CPF and family pension,<\/p>\n<p>all the other benefits have been released to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding CPF, it was stated that the amount on that account will<\/p>\n<p>be paid to the petitioner within one month positively.<\/p>\n<p>            Counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 &amp; 5 has stated that<\/p>\n<p>the amount of CPF has been paid to the petitioner. Regarding the<\/p>\n<p>family pension, it has been stated by him that all the pension papers<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner have been sent to the E.P.F. Organisation.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Civil Writ Petition No.15123 of 2008                                -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            Counsel for respondent No.3, who is representing the<\/p>\n<p>Regional E.P.F. Commissioner, is not present.        However, it was<\/p>\n<p>stated by counsel for respondent No.3 on the last date of hearing<\/p>\n<p>that if the papers are sent to the office of respondent No.3, the<\/p>\n<p>family pension will be released to the petitioner within 15 days.<\/p>\n<p>            In view of these facts, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>with a direction to the Regional E.P.F Commissioner to release the<\/p>\n<p>family pension to the petitioner in accordance with law on receiving<\/p>\n<p>the papers sent by the employer to their office. Regarding the<\/p>\n<p>payment of interest, it will be open for the petitioner to make a<\/p>\n<p>representation to the concerned Department and the same will be<\/p>\n<p>considered by said Department.\n<\/p>\n<p>17th August, 2009.
