Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n               --------------------------------------------------------\n\n                         W.P.(C) 26348 of 2008\n\n               --------------------------------------------------------\n\n                    Dated: SEPTEMBER 17, 2008\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner submits that by Ext.P1 she was appointed as<\/p>\n<p>LPSA in the school of the 4th respondent, initially with effect from<\/p>\n<p>1.6.2007.    Subsequently she was transferred and appointed in<\/p>\n<p>another school of the 4th respondent with effect from 16.7.2007<\/p>\n<p>as per Ext.P2.          Petitioner submits that approval following<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 is pending consideration of the 3rd respondent and that<\/p>\n<p>orders have not been passed so far.                    It is complaining of the<\/p>\n<p>delay in this respect, this writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Having regard to the submission made as above by the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing that the 3rd respondent shall take up, consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on the proposal for approval of the appointment of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner based on Ext.P2, if the same has been submitted by<\/p>\n<p>the 4th respondent.
