There was also no<\/p>\n<p>representation when the case was called on for hearing.             Sri.<\/p>\n<p>J.Samuel and Sri.P.R.Venkatesh, the learned counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>the third respondent are present and they press for hearing and<\/p>\n<p>disposal of the writ petition.
