NO. 28871 OF 2008 K\n                 --------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 23rd October, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner seeks a direction to restore the electric<\/p>\n<p>connection after remitting the dues payable by him. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has submitted Ext.P6 request to restore the electric supply.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>respondent Electricity Board.        Counsel for petitioner would<\/p>\n<p>submit that the petitioner has already remitted the entire dues,<\/p>\n<p>and that he is also willing to comply with all the formalities.<\/p>\n<p>Learned standing counsel submits that the petitioner has to<\/p>\n<p>comply with Regulation 41 of the KSE Board Terms and<\/p>\n<p>Conditions of Supply, 2005. In such circumstances, the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition is disposed of directing that if the petitioner complies<\/p>\n<p>with the necessary conditions for restoration of power supply<\/p>\n<p>and also applies before the concerned Executive Engineer, the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.28871\/08 K                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>concerned Executive Engineer will, if all the conditions are<\/p>\n<p>satisfied, restore the electric connection to the petitioner at the<\/p>\n<p>earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               Sd\/=<br \/>\n                                      K.
