Joshi for Mr.Premal Nanavati<br \/>\nand learned A.P.P. Mr.Pujari as well as Mr.Raval in the respective<br \/>\nrevisions, it appears that the State has already preferred common<br \/>\nappeal against the judgment and order of the<br \/>\nlearned Sessions Judge for acquittal being Criminal Appeal No.899 of<br \/>\n2010 and the said appeal has been admitted on 18.08.2010 by this<br \/>\nCourt.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nabove view of the matter, it is not necessary to entertain the<br \/>\nrevisions preferred by the original complainant and the only<br \/>\nobservation deserves to be made is that the original complainant<br \/>\nshall be at liberty to assist the Public Prosecutor at the time of<br \/>\nfinal hearing of the appeal preferred by the State.
