They are occupying Room No. 3 in Building No.<\/p>\n<p>XXVII\/258 of Changanacherry Municipality, as tenants. For the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of getting electric connection to the said room taken on<\/p>\n<p>lease, they have submitted Ext.P2 representation. It is alleging<\/p>\n<p>delay in the matter of consideration of the said representation<\/p>\n<p>that carries a request for granting of electric connection that this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     When this matter is taken up for consideration the learned<\/p>\n<p>Standing Counsel for the KSEB submitted that no proper<\/p>\n<p>application has been submitted by the petitioners for getting<\/p>\n<p>electric connection.      In case, the petitioners submit a proper<\/p>\n<p>application as contemplated under the relevant provisions of law<\/p>\n<p>and comply with all the statutory formalities including mandatory<\/p>\n<p>requirements regarding payments the request of the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>for granting electricity connection will be considered in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law, it is further submitted.
