He submitted that the accused<br \/>\nare influential people and investigation has not been carried out<br \/>\nsatisfactorily.\n<\/p>\n<p>(2)\tLearned<br \/>\nA.P.P., however, stated on instructions that accused No.1 was<br \/>\narrested yesterday. Rest of the accused are not traced out and steps<br \/>\nwill be taken to carry out further investigation.\n<\/p>\n<p>(3)\tS.O.\n<\/p>\n<p>to 24.01.2011. In the meantime, the petitioner may provide the<br \/>\nwhereabouts of the remaining accused to the investigating agency, who<br \/>\nshall proceed further in accordance with law in connection with the<br \/>\nsaid complaint.
