I\n\nTHIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRLHEARING IN 'S'\nGROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:\n\nLE\n\n\n\n-2-\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>Petitioner when allotted a site at Arkavathif&#8221;-layout,<\/p>\n<p>in his fourth attempt ,was annulled by <\/p>\n<p>dt. 4~8\/9-2009 AnneXure~E on the  the  ; <\/p>\n<p>off date for allotment of site<br \/>\ndate of birth of the applic;anpts,A.im=hile&#8230;the;&#8221;;petitionef&#8217;sii<br \/>\ndate of birth is 22.6; 1,960..&#8217;an\u00a7i&#8217;t..[tii;g::efore,&#8217; was :10: eligible<br \/>\nfor allotment. Hence this  <\/p>\n<p> T&#8217; a learned Single<br \/>\nJudge foyorderA:.l.dt..l'&#8221;l_\u00e9;\u00abl&#8217;2.2007 in W.P.18606\/2007 in<\/p>\n<p>the ~ case.&#8217; of &#8216; R.&#8217;;1\\\/Iiithiiraj -v&#8211; Bangalore Development<\/p>\n<p>  allowed the petition and directed<\/p>\n<p> _ &#8220;the  toexecute necessary documents in favour of<\/p>\n<p>the p&#8217;etiti:oner relating to the site in question therein.<\/p>\n<p>N8. For the very same reasons as are set out in the<\/p>\n<p> loiider dt. 14.12.2007 in W.P.NO.18606\/2007 AnneXure&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>F, this petition too is allowed.
