Mr.R.Manoharan\n\t\t     Government Advocate\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner, Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents 1 to 3, as well as Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the fourth respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition,    the learned<br \/>\ncounsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 had submitted that, if the<br \/>\npetitioner makes an application before the third respondent bank, requesting for<br \/>\neducational loan, to pursue his M.Ed. Course, in PRIST University, Thanjavur,<br \/>\nthe third respondent would consider the same, as per the prevalent Reserve Bank<br \/>\nof India&#8217;s guidelines and would pass appropriate orders thereon.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing<br \/>\non behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, since, no further orders are necessary in<br \/>\nthe present writ petition, the writ petition stands closed.
