APP (SJ) No.103 of 2011\n                               RIYAZUDDIN ANSARI\n                                         Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   11.3.2011             Heard learned counsel for the parties on the prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                 appellant for bail after receipt of the lower court records.<\/p>\n<p>                           The allegation as contained in the FIR is that Hakim Mian<\/p>\n<p>                 and his two sons dealt blows with dagger and iron rods. Prior to that<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation, an allegation appears in the FIR, as per which, Hakim<\/p>\n<p>                 Mian had assaulted Kiran Kumari. Thus, it could be safely<\/p>\n<p>                 concluded that Hakim Mian was armed with dagger. The assault<\/p>\n<p>                 with iron rod is attributable against the two sons of Hakim Mian of<\/p>\n<p>                 whom the present appellant is one. One stitched wound of 4 c.m.<\/p>\n<p>                 length appeared over the left side of the scalp and 2 c.m. out of<\/p>\n<p>                 midline. On removal of the stitch, the doctor found haematoma<\/p>\n<p>                 present in scalp tissue and it was also found by him that that<\/p>\n<p>                 particular wound was caused by hard and blunt substance. The<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation of giving iron rod blow appeared against two. The<\/p>\n<p>                 appellant being one among the two, it is directed that the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                 Riyazuddin Ansari, during the pendency of the appeal, be released<\/p>\n<p>                 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000\/(ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Judge, FTC III, Gopalganj in S.T.
