Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\n\tFor petitioner        : Mr.K.Radhakrishnan\n\n\tFor respondent      : Mr.B.Vijay\n\t\t                Government Advocate.\n\n                            -----                              \n\n\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.8886 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent made in Na.Ka.No.47084\/92-A2 dated 9.9.1993 and Mu.Mu.62317\/95\/A2 dated 5.11.1997 of the respondent and quash the same.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  The Original Application has been filed in the year 1998 challenging the disciplinary proceedings culminating the order dated 9.9.1993.  The applicant was 52 years at the time of filing the O.A.  Learned counsel for the applicant now states that the petitioner now reached the age of supperannuaiton.  At this point of time petitioner&#8217;s counsel is unable to state whether the petitioner is interested in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.  In such view of the matter no further adjudication is needed unless and until the petitioner shows his intention to proceed with the matter.   The Writ Petition is, therefore, closed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter, if he so desires, within a reasonable period of time.
