The<br \/>\napplicant has annexed an affidavit of the son of the deceased wherein<br \/>\nit is stated that his father Khat Kadva Kara expired on 01.02.2011.<br \/>\nThis application has been filed on 26th April 2011, within<br \/>\nthe prescribed period of limitation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe aforesaid circumstances, the application is allowed.
