Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :20\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                              V.GIRI, J.\n            -------------------------\n                W.P.(C).No.32179 of 2006 E\n            -------------------------\n           Dated this the 20th day of September, 2007.\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>          The petitioners, who are engaged as Sweepers in the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent Municipality on daily wage basis, have sought for<\/p>\n<p>regularisation and have submitted Exts.P3, P5 and P7 in this behalf<\/p>\n<p>before the Chairman of the Municipality .<\/p>\n<p>          2. The Chairman shall place those representations before<\/p>\n<p>the Municipal Council and the first respondent Municipality shall<\/p>\n<p>take a decision thereon within a period of three months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
