RAMKUMAR, J.\n              =======================\n               Bail Application No. 3285 of 2008\n              =======================\n             Dated this the 22nd day of May, 2008.\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are the accused in Crime No.95 of 2008 of Badiedka Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for an offence punishable under Sections 323, 498A r\/w<\/p>\n<p>Section 34 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of<\/p>\n<p>injuries sustained by the injured and the other circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of their arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>with the above case on their executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the<\/p>\n<p>like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B. A.No.                         -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         1. The   petitioners   shall  report  before  the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n            a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         2.   The petitioners shall make       themselves<br \/>\n            available for interrogation including custodial<br \/>\n            interrogation as and when      required by the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        3. The     petitioners   shall  not  influence  or<br \/>\n            intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n            they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n            the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         4. The petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n            while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         5.
