As scheduled, the matter is heard on 26.4.2010. Appellant is\npresent along with Shri Achin Saxena. DDA is represented by Shri S.S.\nGill, Director (RL); Shri R.P. Garg, Dy Director (OSB); Shri H.L. Sinduria,\nDy Director (Industrial) &amp; Shri K.C. Surendra, Dy Director (CE).\n\n2.     It is the principal submission of the appellant that the Commission\nhad directed Director (RL) to provide him certified copies of the following\ntwo documents :-\n(i)    Guidelines regarding development and disposal of land issued by\n       Govt of India on 2.5.1961; &amp;\n(ii)   DDA (Disposal of Developed Nazul Land) Rules, 1981.\n       but the order of the Commission has not been complied with\n       inasmuchas certified copies of the documents in question have not\n       been supplied to him so far.\n\n3.      On the other hand, Shri Gill produces his letter dated 18.12.2009\naddressed to the appellant through which copies of the requested documents\nhave been sent. To this, the appellant would respond that one of these two\ndocuments has been received by him but it is not certified one. He pleads\nfor certified copies of the above mentioned two documents.\n\n                                  DECISION\n4.     In view of the above, Shri S.S. Gill, Director (RL), is hereby directed\nto supply certified copies of the documents in question to the appellant in 10\nworking days time, regardless of the fact that these documents have already\nbeen sent to the appellant, as claimed by him.\n\n5.
