Ext.P1 rank list was published on<\/p>\n<p>25.5.2005 and it expired on 25.5.2008.               In the<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the only direction that can be issued at this<\/p>\n<p>stage, is one to the PSC to see that the memos of advice<\/p>\n<p>are issued against all vacancies which were reported prior<\/p>\n<p>to the expiry of the rank list.
