Rule was issued on 4th<br \/>\nMay 2011 returnable today.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned APP placed on record statement dated 7th<br \/>\nMay 2011 of not only Kamlaben Eknath Patil but also her son, Anand<br \/>\nEknath Patil.  From the explanation tendered, the Court is convinced<br \/>\nof the fact that prima facie, there is nothing fishy in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe learned<br \/>\nAPP has invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks. Nothing<br \/>\nadverse is noticed from the convict&#8217;s Jail remarks.  The convict has<br \/>\nundergone  3 years, 7 months and 9 days in Jail as on 30.04.2011.<br \/>\nThe convict had enjoyed furlough once in December 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tFor the<br \/>\ncontents of the application, the same is allowed. the convict is<br \/>\nordered to be released on  temporary bail for a period of 15<br \/>\n(fifteen) days from the date of his release on his executing<br \/>\na personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe convict<br \/>\nshall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nabove temporary bail period.\tThe application is allowed.  \tRule is<br \/>\nmade absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
