Govind Singh, Both are sons of Late Chandradeo Singh,\n               resident of village-Raghu Bigha, P.S.-Salaiya, District-\n               Aurangabad(Bihar\n                                   Versus\n                            STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.10.2010           Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                  of    the   petitioners         and    the    learned    counsel<\/p>\n<p>                  appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                         Petitioners are in custody in connection<\/p>\n<p>                  with Salaiya P.S. Case No.34 of 2010 for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence punishable under Sections 47(A)(F) of<\/p>\n<p>                  the Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Substance      of        allegation          against   the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners      is        of     manufacturing          illicit<\/p>\n<p>                  country liquor and of recovery of machinery<\/p>\n<p>                  utilized for manufacture of the same.<\/p>\n<p>                         Taking         into            consideration           the<\/p>\n<p>                  circumstances and considering the submissions<\/p>\n<p>                  of    the   learned    counsel         for    the    petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                  that the petitioners have a clean antecedent<\/p>\n<p>                  and    considering         the        penal    provisions     of<\/p>\n<p>                  Section 47 in connection with first offences,<\/p>\n<p>                  let the petitioners namely, Ramashish Singh<\/p>\n<p>                  and Govind Singh be released on bail upon each<\/p>\n<p>                  of them individually furnishing bail bonds of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>          of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>          the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in<\/p>\n<p>          connection   with   Salaiya    P.S.
