Umrawati Devi becomes widow six months<\/p>\n<p>                    prior to the occurrence. She was issueless<\/p>\n<p>                    and    when     she     was     not     found        then    it    was<\/p>\n<p>                    suspected       that      she    has    been     killed       by    her<\/p>\n<p>                    Pattidars.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Submission         is    that     Umrawati         Devi<\/p>\n<p>                    has    eloped      with     some     persons         and    the    dead<\/p>\n<p>                    body has not been found and the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    have been made accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering             the          facts          and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances of the case, the above named<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner        are     directed       to     be      released    on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>            (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>            like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>            learned     Additional        Chief      Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate\/court   concerned,     Bagaha,        West<\/p>\n<p>            Champaran   (Bettiah)    in    connection        with<\/p>\n<p>            Ramnagar P.S.
