{‘–‘-V.xb3.fVoff;e  Iviuniswamy Roddy from the Government of Mysore<\/p>\n
 the year 1950 on an upset price of 125.20\/~ per acre<\/p>\n
 the sake consideration was deposited on 7.9.1950 under<\/p>\n
RR No.13\/1972 and the Amiidar of Bangalore Sout1″ii’Ta1uk<\/p>\n
executed a Sale deed in favour of said on<\/p>\n
22.9.1950. Thereafter, one     T  <\/p>\n

It is the case of the writ petitiorier\u00e9i’ that the_VV:f1r5’stV’jzoetitioner
\nwas enjoying the same  _ formed a layout
\nand sold the sites toeother  ‘petitioners-2 to<\/p>\n

2.2. ii\ufb02owifeizerg  Deputy Commissioner
\ninitiated pijoceetiiiigs _i’1-1  CR 32\/ 2000-2001 against 13
\n neme  and others in respect of Sy.Nos. 10<\/span><\/p>\n
aroii  village and canceiled the revenue<\/p>\n
‘ eintfriesi   of their names contending that the<\/p>\n
~ jcieeutiiente eeiied upon by them are fake documents and by<\/p>\n
 ‘dated 2.2.2005 directed the Tahsildar to cancel the<\/p>\n
“ieji1?Jfie_e standing in the name of writ petitioners. Accordingly<\/p>\n
Vii”–\u00abueiVii11″Vjptu*suance of the direction issued by the Special Deputy<\/p>\n
Commissioner the Tahsiidar cancelled the revenue~–entr_ies__in<\/p>\n
respect of petitioners’ property.<\/p>\n
2.3. Being aggrieved by the    <\/p>\n
preferred the writ petition. The   order’ ‘<\/p>\n
dated 27.22.2007 aiiowed vthze  and”‘qua’ished the
\norder passed by the   dated
\n2.2.2005 and the dated 26.7.2005
\nin so far as it   of the Petitioners,<\/p>\n
against   by the State.\n<\/p>\n
3. Itis  T-ofapmllants that the impugxed

is ‘pas.-;-xiii’  \ufb01ieiejtion of principles of natural justice.<\/p>\n

~  and  over the properties basing on the revenue<\/p>\n
V   if at ail they have got any right, title and interest<\/p>\n
 property, they have to establish the same by<\/p>\n

  Special Deputy Commissioner. When that<\/p>\n
   considered view, the Tahsildar ought to<\/p>\n
 hasfe   hopportuxlity of hearing to the writ petitioners<\/p>\n

  If at all, the Tahsildar wanted to cancel the entries<\/p>\n
