Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :25\/02\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       ---------------------------\n                      W.P.(C) No. 404 of 2009\n                  ------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 25th day of February, 2009\n\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Challenge in this writ petition is against Exhibits P1 and P7.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint which is the subject matter of Exhibits P1 and<\/p>\n<p>P7was regarding the alleged refusal on the part of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to release the certificates of the 3rd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      It is now, submitted by the counsel for the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>that in pursuance of order dated 13\/02\/2009, the certificates<\/p>\n<p>have been released. This is confirmed by the petitioner also.<\/p>\n<p>      In view of the above, grievance of the petitioner stands<\/p>\n<p>redressed.
