RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n              Bail Application No.6126 of 2010\n               * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n             DATED: 15th day of October, 2010\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No.557\/2010 of Haripad<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for an offence punishable under Sec. 395 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seek their enlargement on bail. The petitioners were arrested on<\/p>\n<p>12.9.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the          offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage of<\/p>\n<p>investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.         Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are directed to be released on bail with effect from<\/p>\n<p>28.10.2010 on each of them executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for<\/p>\n<p>the like amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned<\/p>\n<p>and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p>Bail Application No.6126 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              1. The     petitioners     shall   report  before  the<br \/>\n                  Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n                  a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              2. The petitioners shall make themselves<br \/>\n                  available for interrogation including custodial<br \/>\n                  interrogation as and when required by the<br \/>\n                  police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p>              3. The         petitioners shall not influence or<br \/>\n                  intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n                  they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n                  the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              4.
