It is dated 9.4.2011.  It is<br \/>\nreceived in the Registry on 15.4.2011.  Though it is mentioned in the<br \/>\napplication that religious rituals (post death rituals) are to be<br \/>\nperformed from 10.5.2011 onwards, the application is placed before<br \/>\nthe Court only today i.e. on 10.5.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is required to be looked into for serious delay which renders<br \/>\nthe application infructuous so far as rituals which are scheduled to<br \/>\nbe performed from 10.5.2011 onwards.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRegistry<br \/>\nis directed to place the papers before the Honourable the Chief<br \/>\nJustice for passing appropriate orders in the matter as may be deemed<br \/>\nfit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP Mr.Pandya waives service of notice of rule on behalf of<br \/>\nthe respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks. Nothing<br \/>\nadverse is noticed from the jail remarks.  As the mother and elder<br \/>\nbrother of the convict are died in the months of March and May 2010<br \/>\nand post death rituals are to take place starting from 10.5.2011 to<br \/>\n21.5.2011 (death anniversary rituals).\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is partly allowed. The<br \/>\nconvict prisoner is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\nbail for a period of 30 days from the date of his<br \/>\nactual release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.
