Heard Mr. Jay Prakash Sharma learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel      for      the     petitioner          and    Mr.    Uma<\/p>\n<p>                   Shankar Pd. Singh, learned A.P.P. for the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The    petitioner         is    apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is alleged against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   that he resorted to fire three rounds though<\/p>\n<p>                   admittedly no injury was caused to any one.<\/p>\n<p>                               It     is    submitted          by     the    learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the petitioner that since the<\/p>\n<p>                   maternal         grand      father     of    petitioner        has<\/p>\n<p>                   adopted the petitioner since he has no male<\/p>\n<p>                   issue hence the informant being the nephew<\/p>\n<p>                   of    his   maternal          grand    father       lodged      the<\/p>\n<p>                   present      case        and     to        that     effect       an<\/p>\n<p>                   application was filed by the maternal grand<\/p>\n<p>                   father      of        the      petitioner          before       the<\/p>\n<p>                   Superintendent           of     Police,          Gopalganj,      as<\/p>\n<p>                   contained        in     Annexure-2.         It    appears      that<\/p>\n<p>                   occurrence is of 02.07.2011 for which the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        First     Information      Report     was     lodged       on<\/p>\n<p>        04.07.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>        the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>        bail in the event of            arrest or      surrender<\/p>\n<p>        before    the    learned      court   below    within       a<\/p>\n<p>        period     of    twelve    weeks      from    today        in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 124 of<\/p>\n<p>        2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount    each    to    the    satisfaction      of    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned    C.J.M.      Gopalganj,     subject    to    the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>U. K.
