NOT BEFORE THIS COURT.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThereafter,<br \/>\nas record shows, the office, vide its note dated 23.1.2009 obtained<br \/>\norders of the Hon&#8217;ble the Chief Justice for placing the matter.<br \/>\nWithout noticing this, it appears that the office placed this group<br \/>\nof matters in the final hearing Board on 25.1.2010. Thereafter, it<br \/>\nwas adjourned to 10.2.2009 and at the request of one of the<br \/>\npetitioners in person,  the matter preponed and kept on 29.1.2010 i.e<br \/>\ntoday.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tToday,<br \/>\nduring the course of submission, it was pointed out to the Court that<br \/>\nthere is an order already passed on 20.1.2009. Hence, office is<br \/>\ndirected to place it before the appropriate Court after taking<br \/>\nappropriate orders from the Hon&#8217;ble the Chief Justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>(S.\n<\/p>\n<p>R.
