Ultimately the Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs 3,74.00\/- to<br \/>\nthe claimant.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tCounsel<br \/>\nfor the appellant has considered that the view taken by the Tribunal<br \/>\nis on a higher side and deserves to be reduced.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\nTribunal has considered the injuries sustained by the claimant, the<br \/>\ntreatment taken by her and also  her disfigurement. Even the income<br \/>\ntaken by the Tribunal  is at Rs 2000\/- is just and proper.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tLooking<br \/>\nto her age the multiplier of 12 is also just and proper.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tIn<br \/>\nshort I am  of the view  that the reasoning adopted and findings<br \/>\narrived at by the Tribunal is just and proper.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.\tThe<br \/>\nAppeal is therefore dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t(K.S.Jhaveri,J.)<\/p>\n<p>mary\/\/<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Sundyawala vs Sulochanaben on 3 December, 2010 Author: Ks Jhaveri,&amp;Nbsp;
