DENESAN, J.\n\n\n\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                   W.P.(C) No. 8256 OF 2007 G\n\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n                Dated this the 13th March, 2007\n\n\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Heard   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   Standing<\/p>\n<p>Counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The   petitioner   is   working   as   Godown   Keeper   in<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala State Warehousing Corporation.  The Managing<\/p>\n<p>Director of the 1st respondent Corporation had issued an<\/p>\n<p>order        vide   Ext.   P3   dated   13-10-2006   transferring<\/p>\n<p>Godown   Keepers   from   one   station   to   another.               The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was also included in Ext. P3 order.   Though<\/p>\n<p>Ext.   P3   order   was   implemented   in   the   case   of   others,<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   was   not   relieved   pursuant   to   Ext.   P3<\/p>\n<p>order.     This   was   done   taking   into   account   the   request<\/p>\n<p>made   by   him.     He   had   been   working   as   Godown   Keeper   at<\/p>\n<p>Thakazhi.     It   is   contended   that   he   had   to   take   leave<\/p>\n<p>for personal and other grounds and when he reported for<\/p>\n<p>duty   he   could   know   that   he   has   been   relieved   as   per<\/p>\n<p>Ext.   P4  order  dated  5-3-2007  on  implementation  of  Ext.\n<\/p>\n<p>P3   order.    Feeling  aggrieved,  the  petitioner  has  filed<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     According   to   the   petitioner,   he   should   have<\/p>\n<p>been   allowed   to   continue   for   some   more   time   and   the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.8256 \/2007                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>present   relieving   order   has   been   issued   without   taking<\/p>\n<p>into   consideration   his   physical   ailments.                Medical<\/p>\n<p>certificates have been produced as exhibits in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.  I   do  not  think   that  this  Court   is  justified  in<\/p>\n<p>taking   into   consideration   medical   certificates   and<\/p>\n<p>other   personal   problems   highlighted   by   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and   interfere   with   the   order   of   transfer.                 The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is an employee of the 1st  respondent has<\/p>\n<p>got the liberty to bring to the notice of the Managing<\/p>\n<p>Director of the 1st respondent his personal difficulties<\/p>\n<p>and   seek   for   a   review   of   Ext.   P3   as   well   as   Ext.   P4<\/p>\n<p>order.        Without   taking   such   steps,   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>cannot rush to this Court challenging a relieving order<\/p>\n<p>issued by the 2nd respondent-Assistant Manager.\n<\/p>\n<p>        5.   Hence,   without   prejudice   to   the   freedom   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   to  approach  the  1st  respondent   and  directing<\/p>\n<p>the   1st  respondent   to   look   into   the   grievance   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   in  case  he  files  a  representation,  the  writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       K.K.
