obtained in O.S.No.27\/2000 for ejectmenttifor ifecovezy of
\nrent. A i 3 L 2\n<\/p>\n
2. The suit wag; decxeedfon  appeal \ufb01led<\/p>\n
against the saitzi and -‘decree before this Court has<\/p>\n
been dismissed;  and decree passed by the Court<\/p>\n
 belovcpitl\u00e9lse. becoiieepiiiinai. In the execution proceedings, the<\/p>\n
in   who is admittedly a. tenant in occupation of the<\/p>\n
  received notice \ufb01led objections contending<\/p>\n
 _in,ter\u00e9;%ia  the decree holders were not the owners of the<\/p>\n
 ietziltiingi  as such they were not entitled to receive the rent<\/p>\n
  possession of the property. He contended that the<\/p>\n
  =.C}Q7’-;’\u20ac{‘I1I]1\u20acI1t of Karnataka had noti\ufb01ed }:1im to pay arnears of<\/p>\n
\u00abtezitals in respect of the very property. Objection was also<\/p>\n
raised stating that in the absence of any evidence by the decree<\/p>\n
