P5 and P6 are only show cause notices and<\/p>\n<p>that the reply submitted vide Exts. P7 and P8 against cancellation of<\/p>\n<p>allotment will be considered before any final decision is taken in the<\/p>\n<p>matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.
