No.31900\/2010-J\n              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n          Dated this the 5th day of January, 2011\n\n                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The petitioner was appointed through the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Public Service Commission in a Panchayat School in the<\/p>\n<p>year 2001 as evident from Exts.P1 to P3 orders.   Later,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner was retrenched from service for want of<\/p>\n<p>sufficient  divisions  in  the  said  school.     Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>evidences that she was relieved from the duty.   She was<\/p>\n<p>advised by P.S.C as H.S.A (Malayalam) as per Ext.P5 and<\/p>\n<p>she was appointed as per Ext.P6 order dated 05\/09\/2003.<\/p>\n<p>Now she is working in a Government School.<\/p>\n<p>    2.   The petitioner has got a case that the break<\/p>\n<p>in service is not due to the fault of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and, therefore, seeking for appropriate directions in<\/p>\n<p>the matter, she has approached the Government by filing<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 representation.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.   The  learned  Government  Pleader   on  getting<\/p>\n<p>instructions  submitted  that   Ext.P7   has  not   been<\/p>\n<p>disposed of so far.      Therefore, there will be a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>representation after hearing the petitioner and any<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No.31900\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>other affected parties within a period of five months<\/p>\n<p>from the date of production of a copy of this Judgment.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner will produce a copy of the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the Judgment before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent  for  compliance.
