Munshaw for the applicant and Mr. Yogen N.<br \/>\nPandya for the respondents-original claimants.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicant states that pursuant to the order dated<br \/>\n22.6.2011 passed by this Court in the present Civil Application, the<br \/>\napplicant has deposited Rs.4,93,903 before the concerned Trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn the<br \/>\nabove view of the matter, order dated 22.6.2011 passed by this Court<br \/>\nhas been complied with. Hence, interim relief granted by order dated<br \/>\n22.6.2011 is confirmed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tSo<br \/>\nfar as the disbursement is concerned, the Trial Court is directed to<br \/>\ndisburse 20% of the total amount deposited by the applicant S.T.<br \/>\nCorporation, to the original claimants by Account Payee cheque in the<br \/>\nname of the original claimants after<br \/>\nproper verification. Remaining 80% amount shall be invested by the<br \/>\nTrial Court in any nationalised Bank in Fixed Deposit in the name of<br \/>\nNazir of the Trial Court initially for a period of three years and<br \/>\nsuch investment shall be renewed from time to time until the Appeal<br \/>\nis finally disposed of. The original FDR(s) shall be retained with<br \/>\nthe Nazir<br \/>\nof the Trial Court. The original claimants are entitled to get<br \/>\nperiodical interest thereon.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, this Civil Application is allowed.
