No.15642 of 2010 (E)\n             ---------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 14th day of June, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The only prayer sought is for a direction to dispose of Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>appeal filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The    learned    Government    Pleader   has   also,    on<\/p>\n<p>instructions, confirmed the pendency of Ext.P4.<\/p>\n<p>      In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4.
