Justice THOMAS P.JOSEPH\n\n Dated :02\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         THOMAS P JOSEPH,J.\n                      ---------------------------------------\n                       W.P(C).NO. 27228 OF 2010\n                     ------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 2nd day of September, 2010.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Petitioner,   defendant       in    O.S.No.307\/2001            and plaintiff in<\/p>\n<p>O.S.No.186\/2006 of the court of learned Munsiff, Thiruvalla seeks a<\/p>\n<p>direction for early disposal of the cases. He aged about 73 years. It<\/p>\n<p>is submitted by learned counsel that the cases came up for trial in<\/p>\n<p>the list in the year 2009 but on account of death of counsel for<\/p>\n<p>respondent, the cases were removed from the list.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
