Heard       Shri     Vijay       Kumar    Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri<\/p>\n<p>                   Bishwa Bibhuti Kumar Singh, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 to<\/p>\n<p>                   3\/Patna Municipal Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>                             The    petitioner,         who   retired       with<\/p>\n<p>                   effect from 30.6.2009 as Samprati Prabhari<\/p>\n<p>                   Chalak,   Bankipur         Anchal,     Patna     Municipal<\/p>\n<p>                   Corporation, has prayed for directing the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondents      to     make   payment      of     his    all<\/p>\n<p>                   retiral dues. It was submitted by learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the petitioner that despite the<\/p>\n<p>                   fact that petitioner retired in the month<\/p>\n<p>                   of June,2009 and thereafter, he had filed<\/p>\n<p>                   representation, till date retiral dues of<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner has not been cleared.<\/p>\n<p>                             With    the      consent    of   parties,       the<\/p>\n<p>                   writ   petition       is   being     disposed      of    with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>        representation           before        respondent      no.2<\/p>\n<p>        within a period of six weeks from today. If<\/p>\n<p>        such   representation                 is    filed,         the<\/p>\n<p>        respondent no.2 is required to examine the<\/p>\n<p>        same   and        pass        appropriate     order        for<\/p>\n<p>        redressing        all     the     grievances      of       the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner        including       payment    of     retiral<\/p>\n<p>        dues to the petitioner within a period of<\/p>\n<p>        two months from the date of filing of such<\/p>\n<p>        representation.          In    case    of   refusal,       the<\/p>\n<p>        respondent        no.2    is     directed    to     pass     a<\/p>\n<p>        speaking order within aforesaid time.
