At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the entire amount of Rs.6,53,113\/-, due to the third respondent bank, would be paid by the petitioner, along with the interest, that would have accrued on the said sum, till the date of the payment of the amount by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today.  The learned counsel for the petitioner had further submitted that he would not seek further time for the payment of said amount due to the third respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection, for this Court granting six weeks time to the petitioner, to pay the entire amount of Rs.6,53,113\/-, along with interest accrued thereon, till the date of its payment.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,53,113\/-, to the third respondent,  along with the interest accrued thereon, till the payment of the said amount, within a period of six weeks from today, failing which it would be open to the respondents to take appropriate action against the petitioner, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis Writ Petition is ordered accordingly.
