The petitioner faces allegations under<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala Abkari Act.       The petitioner was allegedly found to be in<\/p>\n<p>possession of 300 litres of wash on 01\/09\/2007. He was arrested and<\/p>\n<p>continues in custody from that date. He has no history of any criminal<\/p>\n<p>antecedents, submits the learned Public Prosecutor. The investigation is<\/p>\n<p>not complete so far though the arrest was effected on 01\/09\/2007.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I am satisfied that<\/p>\n<p>regular bail can be granted to the petitioner subject to appropriate<\/p>\n<p>conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result, this petition is allowed.
