Lok Nirman\nVibhag\nPetitioner Counsel :- A.M.Tripathi\nRespondent Counsel :- C.S.C.\n\n\nHon'ble Shabihul Hasnain, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>This application has been filed for correction of the order dated<br \/>\n5.7.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>Application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Necessary corrections made.\n<\/p>\n<p>Corrected order is as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>Hon&#8217;ble Shabihul Hasnain, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the record.<br \/>\nBy means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ<br \/>\nin the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to<br \/>\nconsider and promote the petitioner on the post of Work Agent<br \/>\nfrom the post of Helper since the date his juniors were promoted to<br \/>\nthe said post and to pay all other consequential service benefits to<br \/>\nthe petitioner of the said post.\n<\/p>\n<p>Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that initially the<br \/>\npetitioner was appointed as Helper on 01.10.1987 on daily wage<br \/>\nbasis. Petitioner is quite eligible for promotion on the post of Work<br \/>\nAgent.\n<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner, in order to ventilate his grievance, made several<br \/>\nrepresentations to the authorities concerned and lastly he made<br \/>\nrepresentation on 22.12.2009 (Annexure No. 5) but nothing has<br \/>\nbeen done so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to make<br \/>\nrepresentation to the opposite party no. 2 and prays that the interest<br \/>\n of justice would be served if a direction is issued to the opposite<br \/>\nparty no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner within a time frame.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this prayer of the<br \/>\npetitioner&#8217;s counsel.\n<\/p>\n<p>Without entering into merits of the case, this Writ Petition is,<br \/>\ntherefore, disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make a<br \/>\nrepresentation afresh to the opposite party no. 2 within a period of<br \/>\none week from today and Opposite Party No. 2 is directed to<br \/>\nconsider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a<br \/>\nspeaking and reasoned order within the period of six weeks from<br \/>\nthe date of production of a certified copy of this order and the<br \/>\norder so passed, be also communicated to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order Date :- 15.7.2010<br \/>\nSadiq\/RKM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Zaki Haider vs State Of U.P.
