Heard          learned          counsel      for       the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and counsel appearing for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The       petitioner       is     apprehending         his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest      in    a    case     registered       under       Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   406\/420 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner being the Secretary of<\/p>\n<p>                   the     School        alleged     to    have        withdrawn       Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   4,20,000\/-by making interpolation of the cheque<\/p>\n<p>                   which was originally issued for Rs. 1,20,000\/-.<\/p>\n<p>                   The photo copy of the alleged cheque has been<\/p>\n<p>                   brought     on    record      which     apparently       does      not<\/p>\n<p>                   suggest that any interpolation has been made.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid submissions,<\/p>\n<p>                   let the petitioner, Arun Kumar @ Arun Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                   Singh, be released on bail in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before the learned court<\/p>\n<p>                   below      within      a   period      of    twelve    weeks       from<\/p>\n<p>                   today in connection with Desari P.S.
